Formou interního mentoringu bude podpořen osobnostně sociální a vědomostní rozvoj pedagogů a podpořeno zvýšení kvality jejich pedagogických kompetencí. Cílem projektu je podpora vhodných výukových postupů vedoucích k úspěšnosti žáka v oblasti specifických gramotností, k jeho lepšímu začlenění do procesu vzdělávání a tím k posílení uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce. Zapojením studentů UP do přípravy, realizace a následného vyhodnocení vyučovacího procesu bude podpořeno vzdělávání budoucích učitelů. (Czech)

In the form of internal mentoring, the personal social and knowledge development of educators will be supported and enhanced by the quality of their pedagogical competences. The aim of the project is to support appropriate teaching practices leading to the success of the pupil in the area of specific literacy, to better integration into the education process and thus to strengthen the application of the labour market. The involvement of UP students in the preparation, implementation and subsequent evaluation of the teaching process will support the education of future teachers. (English)
