Projekt vytváří podmínky pro efektivní strategické řízení a plánování (SRP) ve školách a v územích s akcentem na pedagogické vedení (leadership). Bude vytvořen a ověřen systém intenzivní podpory škol směřující k podpoře kompetencí ped. pracovníků v oblasti strategického managementu vedoucí ke zvyšování kvality vzdělávání. Projekt prohloubí spolupráci mezi vedením škol, zřizovateli a dalšími aktéry při tvorbě místního akčního plánu, příjemcům IPo MAP poskytne metodickou a koordinační podporu. (Czech)

The project will deepen cooperation between school management, founders and other actors in the development of a local action plan, providing methodological and coordination support to the beneficiaries of IPo MAP.
