Předmětem předkládaného projektu jsou stavební úpravy a technická opatření v multifunkčním objektu - původním obchodním domě. Projekt zahrnuje realizace souboru opatření, které povedou k energetickým úsporám - snížení energetické náročnosti objektu a snížení spotřeby energie na jeho vytápění.
