Projekt je zaměřen na rozšíření vývojové a inovační kapacity (VIK) vytvořením nového Oddělení vývoje a inovací (OVaI) a pořízením souvisejícího dlouhodobého hmotného a nehmotného majetku. VIK bude primárně zaměřena na vývoj obložení interiérů kolejových vozidel s využitím termoplastu (polykarbonátu) nahrazující doposud používané materiály (laminát, kompozit) s cílem naplnit stanovenou rozvojovou strategii společnosti ve střednědobém horizontu. a.
