Projekt je zaměřen na radikální inovaci výroby precizních forem, zejména pro lisování biokompatibilních polymerů. Inovován bude proces výroby, a to změnou technologie z elektroformování, na CAD/CAM s využitím mikroobrábění zušlechtěné oceli dle ČSN17022 (mat. složení [hm. %]: C: 0,16-0,25; Mn: max. 0,80; Si: max. 0,70; Cr: 12,0-14,0; P: max. 0,040; S: max. 0,030). Zároveň dojde k inovaci vyráběného produktu (zavedením CAD/CAM). Celní kód produkce: 848071-Formy na kaučuk nebo plasty. a. (Czech)

The project is focused on radical innovation in the production of precise forms, especially for pressing biocompatible polymers. The process of production will be innovated by changing the technology from electroforming to CAD/CAM using micro machining of coated steel according to ČSN17022 (mat. composition [hm. %]: C: 0,16-0.25; IM: a maximum of 0,80; It’s a SI: a maximum of 0,70; CR: 12,0-14.0; P: a maximum of 0,040; WITH: max. 0,030).
