Předmětem projektu je rozšíření výzkumných aktivit v oblasti optických mikrosenzorů využívajících keramický substrát, výzkum v oblasti mikroobrábění těžce obrobitelných materiálů pomocí femtosekundového laseru. Primárním cílem projektu je vybudování výzkumného pracoviště pro výzkum mikrosenzorů využívajících optických vláken na substrátu z nízkoteplotní keramiky LTCC (low temperature co-fired ceramics). The subject of the project is an extension of research activities in the field of optical microsensors using ceramic substrate, research in the field of micromachining of hard machining materials using a femtosecond laser. The primary objective of the project is to build a research facility for research of microsensors using optical fibres on a LTCC low temperature ceramic substrate (low temperature co-fired ceramics).
