| Property / summary: The growing number of people with accumulated disabilities, jobseekers and their educational and labour market mismatches lead to rising unemployment among these people. Vzrůstající počet osob s kumulovanými hendikepy, uchazečů o zaměstnání a nesoulad jejich vzdělání a poptávky trhu práce vede ke zvyšující se nezaměstnanosti těchto osob. Realizací projektu pomůžeme snížit počet těchto osob nezaměstnaných a evidovaných na ÚP. Poskytneme jim potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů v karlovarském regionu a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzu do zaměstnání. Cílem projektu je propojit nabídku a poptávku trhu práce. (Czech)
