Předmětem realizace projektu jsou stavební úpravy bytového domu, především na obálce budovy, které vedou ke snížení energetické náročnosti a optimalizaci energetického hospodaření bytového domu. Dále bude řešena částečná výměna otvorových výplní a zateplení lodžií. Realizace projektu vede k úsporám energie o více než 30 % a snížení emisí CO2 o více než 30 %. (Czech)
