Hlavním cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu na ulici Pod Lipami 1858,1859,1860 ve městě Hranice, okres Přerov. Stavební práce se týkají zateplení a střešního pláště bytového domu. V důsledku snížení energetické náročnosti budovy jsou očekávány finanční úspory za odběr tepelné energie, vylepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy, navýšení komfortu bydlení, zhodnocení objektu a v neposlední řadě zlepšení architektonického vzhledu bytového domu.
