    Zkvalitnění energetické náročnosti dvoupodl.bytového domu s obytným podkrovím, s celkem 20ti byty. Obvodový plášť objektu bude zateplen polystyrenem tl. 140 mm na ploše 463 m2, strop sklepních prostor umístěných v 1.PP pak polystyrenem tl. 100 mm. Stávající krytina a latě budou demontovány, doplní se nadkrokevní izolace, následuje zpětná montáž krytiny. V 1.PP budou vyměněna stávající 2křídlá okna za nová plastová. Úpravami dojde ke snížení stávající spotřeby energie o 103,835 MWh/rok. (Czech)
