Stavba je navržena v rámci stávajícího bytového domu. Jedná se o provedení nového vnějšího zateplení obvodových stěn domu, zateplení střechy, výměna oken a s tím související montáž nové střešní krytiny. Dále bude v bytovém domě zřízeno nové, ústřední vytápění s plynovým kotlem. Ohřev teplé vody, bude nově tepelným čerpadlem. V současné době je vytápění a ohřev zajišťován individuálně pro každou bytovou jednotku zvlášť a to převážně stacionárními zdroji na tuhá paliva a elektrickými ohřívači. (Czech)
