Projektový záměr se zabývá regenerací bytového domu v ulici Opavská č. p. 782/45 - 783/47 v Rýmařově. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a snížení konečné spotřeby energie domácností prostřednictvím energeticky vědomé úpravy objektu. Stavební úpravy spočívají zejména v zateplení obvodových konstrukcí, výměně oken a dveří. Tato opatření přispějí k ochraně životního prostředí a povedou k podpoře sociálně slabých obyvatel domu, prostřednictvím snížení běžných výdajů. (Czech)
