Předmětem předkládaného projektu je bytový dům na adrese Čsl. armády v Mostě, který byl postaven v polovině minulého století; fasáda a výplně otvorů jsou na konci životnosti a objekt je bez zateplení. Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti tohoto bytového domu, dosáhnutí úspory dodané energie o 61 % a zlepšení klasifikační třídy energetické náročnosti z třídy E na třídu B. Současný tepelně-technický stav je nevyhovující, po realizaci projektu bude bytový dům sloužit 32 domácnostem. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to reduce the energy performance of this apartment building, achieve energy savings by 61 % and improve the energy performance class from class E to class B. The current thermal-technical state is unsatisfactory, after the project the apartment building will serve 32 households. (English)
