Projekt řeší úpravu bezbariérových chodníků a přechodů pro chodce ve Studénce. Chodníky a přechody se nachází v ulici Bezručové, 2.května, Nádražní, Butovické a Poštovní. Stávající chodníky nesplňují vyhlášku o bezbariérovosti, z hlediska bezpečnosti lze situaci označit jako značně nevyhovující. Špatný stav a nedostatek přechodů pak způsobují velké bezpečností riziko.
