Předkládaný projekt řeší zateplení, výměnu zdroje vytápění spolu s rekonstrukcí a vybudováním otopné soustavy polyfunkčního objektu v obci Bašť. Objekt bude zároveň kompletně rekonstruován a bude využíván pro zajištění občanské vybavenosti a komunitního života v obci Bašť. V objektu bude nový restaurační provoz, kavárna, ordinace a další prostory pro komerční využití, komunitní centrum (sociální služby), velká a malá tělocvična s variabilním využitím jako společenský sál se zázemím.
