Výměna zdroje vytápění, realizace zateplení obvodového pláště budovy, výměna nevyhovujících výplní otvorů a zateplení střešních konstrukcí. Snížení hodnoty součinitele prostupu tepla obvodové stěny objektu a střechy, tak aby bylo dosaženo doporučených hodnot dle normy a snížení tepelných ztrát budovy na základě navržených energetických opatření.
