Předmětem projektu je snížení spotřeby energie v budově kulturního domu v Březnici, který se nachází v památkové zóně. Dle vyjádření NPÚ je nutné zachovat stávající keramické obklady fasády a pohledový beton, které tvoří obvodový plášť budovy. Z tohoto důvodu budou realizována pouze energetická opatření na zateplení střešní konstrukce objektu a dojde k nahrazení stávajících doposud nevyměněných oken a dveří s výjimkou proskleného vstupního atria, které dle doporučení NPÚ má zůstat bez zásahů.
