Cílem je příjem odpadů a zajištění jejich materiálového využití = recyklace. Jedná se o materiálové využití plastů a plastových obalů (výroba drtě pro plastové výroky), a tedy jejich odklon od skládkování či jiných nevhodných způsobů nakládání.
