Projekt se snaží zajistit rovné příležitosti na trhu práce pro osoby pečující o malé děti a osoby vracející se na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené a to prostřednictvím konání příměstských táborů. Tyto tábory nabídnou výše psaným osobám pomocnou ruku v péči o děti do 15 let a umožní jim tak, zapojit se ve větším rozsahu do pracovního procesu, absolvovat rekvalifikační kurz nebo prostě získat čas na hledání nové nebo jiné práce. Projekt obsahuje tábory sportovní, logické i rukodělné. (Czech)
