Předmětem žádosti je novostavba rybníku "Oborník" jihozápadně od obce Polnička v CHKO Žďárské vrchy. Hlavním účelem navržené stavby je zadržení vody v krajině, ochrana před povodněmi a významné zvýšení biodiverzity. V rámci stavby bude vybudován průtočný rybník, který bude zásobován vodou z přerušených drenážních systémů a z plošného přítoku. Pod hrází rybníka bude vybudována zemní tůň. (Czech)
