Projekt FOKUS NOVĚ je zaměřen na rozvoj naší organizace. Cílem projektu je zefektivnění fungování organizace, zvýšení její finanční stability a rozvoj fundraisingu. Do přípravy i realizace projektu jsou zapojení místní experti (partnerství navázaná v projektu budou pokračovat i po jeho skončení). Pro realizaci projektu jsme z auditní zprávy vybrali nejpalčivější problémy, jejich řešení nám umožní se posunout a zajistit tak kvalitnější služby pro klienty a být důvěryhodným partnerem pro donátory. We have selected the most pressing problems from the audit report for the implementation of the project, their solution will enable us to move forward to ensure better quality services for clients and to be a trusted partner for donors.
