Projekt je zaměřen na posílení procesu profesionalizace Terapeutického centra Modré dveře. Opírá se o funkční a ověřené nástroje managementu, které aplikuje na procesy řízení a vedení. Tyto nástroje dále implementuje tak, aby byly vhodné pro neziskovou sféru. Vybrané výstupy projektu v průběhu realizace implementuje na dosavadní procesy řízení. Zároveň posiluje HR kompetence.
