Projekt si klade za cíl podpořit profesionalizaci MěÚ v Kroměříži a komplexně zvýšit kvalitu řízení prostřednictvím zavedení vhodných nástrojů. Do praxe bude zaveden model CAF, dojde k rozšíření využití metody MA21 a posunu z kategorie D do kat. C, dále bude realizována celá řada vzdělávacích aktivit pro zaměstnance úřadu. Naplnění cílů projektu bude mít dopad nejen na chod úřadu, ale i na veřejnost-občany.Realizace projektu - 1.1. 2017 - 30. 6. 2019Celkové způsobilé výdaje - 6 497 850 Kč. (Czech)

The project aims to support the professionalisation of MěÚ in Kroměříž and to comprehensively improve the quality of management through the introduction of suitable tools. The CAF model will be implemented into practice, the use of MA21 method and shift from category D to cat will be extended. C, there will also be a number of educational activities for the staff of the Office.
