Projekt si klade za cíl podpořit profesionalizaci MěÚ v Kroměříži a komplexně zvýšit kvalitu řízení prostřednictvím zavedení vhodných nástrojů. Do praxe bude zaveden model CAF, dojde k rozšíření využití metody MA21 a posunu z kategorie D do kat. C, dále bude realizována celá řada vzdělávacích aktivit pro zaměstnance úřadu.
