Projekt se zabývá vytvořením nástrojů a prostředí k řádné implementaci Národní strategie elektronického zdravotnictví (dále NSeZ) včetně nastavení systému strategického řízení a jednotné koordinace aktivit elektronizace zdravotnictví na národní úrovni i v kontextu úrovně EU. Záměrem je vytvořit komplexní systém metodické podpory aktivit a postupů spojených s implementací elektronizace zdravotnictví, který přispěje ke kvalitní a efektivní realizaci elektronizace zdravotnictví a implementace NSeZ.
