Projekt si klade za cíl implementovat a pilotně ověřit potřebné inovativní změny v podpoře ohrožených dětí, mladých lidí a jejich rodin. Cílem těchto služeb je snížení jejich ohrožení nízkým dosaženým vzděláním a rizikovým chováním, a to prostřednictvím poradenství proti školnímu neúspěchu v terénu i přímo na školách a pomocí preventivního programu pro děti a mládež s výchovnými problémy a jejich rodiny.
