    V rámci projektu budou realizovány aktivity zahrnující osobní náklady a finanční motivaci prostřednictvím motivačních příplatků, cílových/mimořádných odměn zaměstnanců zapojených do implementační struktury IROP v rámci MMR ČR. V návaznosti na osobní náklady budou také hrazeny povinné odvody (sociální, zdravotní pojištění a FKSP) a náhrady mezd v době nemoci. Dále budou hrazeny odměny vyplácené na základě uzavřených dohod o pracovní činnosti a o provedení práce (včetně povinných odvodů). (Czech)

    Activities including personnel costs and financial motivation through motivational supplements, target/extraordinary remuneration of employees involved in the IROP implementation structure within the MoRD will be implemented within the project. As a result of personnel costs, mandatory contributions (social, health insurance and FKSP) and wage compensation at the time of illness will also be paid. In addition, remuneration paid on the basis of employment agreements and on the execution of work (including compulsory contributions) will be paid. (English)
