Tato lokalita, která sama může nést přízvisko "vyloučená" je tradičním místem, kde vedle sebe koexistují žižkovští rezidenti senioři, lidé ze střední třídy a vedle toho osoby bez přístřeší, vyloučení i nevyloučení Romové, studenti a řada soc.služeb.
