Cílem projektu je zkvalitnění výkonu činností sociální práce ve správním obvodu Města Ústí nad Orlicí v kontextu sociálního začleňování, a to formou profesního rozvoje zaměstnanců veřejné správy, kteří se věnují sociální nebo rodinné problematice. Projekt směřuje k posílení profesních kompetencí soc. pracovníků prostřednictvím jejich vzdělávání a supervizí s potenciálem pozitivního vlivu na přímou práci s klienty, a to včetně aktivit síťování napříč institucemi sloužící k výměně zkušeností.
