Projekt se zaměřuje na pomoc a podporu rodinám dlouhodobě nebo opakovaně zařazených do evidence OSPOD. Stěžejní aktivitou projektu je sestavit a realizovat program, který pomůže rodičům posílit jejich rodičovské kompetence a zplnomocnit je v jejich rodičovské roli. Do programu budou zapojeni rodiče se svými dětmi, které jsou ohrožené sociálním vyloučením. V rámci dalších aktivit bude podpořena dostupnost služeb nutných k podpoře dalších rodin a profesní rozvoj pracovníků OSPOD na území kraje. (Czech)
