Předmětem projektu je podpora procesu plánování a financování sociálních služeb v Moravskoslezském kraji, která bude realizována formou vytvoření informačního systému o sociálních službách v Moravskoslezském kraji, nastavení procesu účinného zjišťování potřeb, ověření efektivity poskytování služeb u vybraných poskytovatelů a diskuze aktuálních témat mezi poskytovateli, zadavateli a uživateli sociálních služeb.
