Projekt se zabývá regenerací historického brownfieldu Horní Mlýn. Objekt se nachází v CHKO Železné hory u vstupu do přírodní rezervace Údolí řeky Doubravy. Cílem projektu je aktivace části tohoto brownfieldu pro účely provozování dětské skupiny do 12 dětí (dle zákona č. 247/2014 Sb.). Vzhledem k vhodnému místu realizace se bude vzdělávací koncepce opírat především o environmentální výchovu v kontextu udržitelného rozvoje s rozšířenými službami v předškolním vzdělávání, jež v regionu MAS chybí.
