Před lety se z byznysu s bídou stal výnosný byznys, který ročně vytvářel dluhovou zátěž v řádu miliard Kč. Důsledkem toho, že na vymáhání byť 1 Kč bylo možné vydělávat tisíce, je vysoká míra předluženosti s tím pokles vymahatelnosti. Pravděpodobně statisíce exekucí jsou přitom, dle judikátů Ústavního soudu, vedeny nelegálně, ale lidé s nízkým vzděláním nedokáží využít zákonných práv. Projekt se snaží tuto nespravedlnost změnit a dát předluženým novou šanci na plnohodnotné začlenění společnosti. (Czech)

As a result of the fact that it was possible to earn thousands on the recovery of CZK 1, there is a high level of overindebtedness with this decrease in enforceability. Probably hundreds of thousands of executions, according to the case-laws of the Constitutional Court, are conducted illegally, but people with low education are unable to exercise legal rights. The project is trying to change this injustice and give the over-indebted new chance to fully integrate society. (English)
