Předkládaný projekt řeší potřebu dalšího profesního vzdělávání 27 zaměstnanců žadatele, celkem 6 z nich je starší 54 let. Jeho obsahem je série kurzů z podporovaných oblastí vzdělávání: Obecné IT, Měkké a manažerské dovednosti, Technické a jiné odborné vzdělávání a Jazykové vzdělávání.Cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí, dovedností a zejména klíčových kompetencí u 27 zaměstnanců žadatele, z nichž je 6 zaměstnanců starších 54 let.
