Projekt se zaměřuje na vytvoření prostředí pro zavedení age managementu v Nadaci Partnerství. Koncept AM je velmi blízký firemní kultuře organizace a komplexnost nového nástroje vnese potřebný systém a propracovanost do personálních procesů v nadaci. Vedle vytvoření strategie a navazujících procesů podpoří i konkrétní opatření jako individuální kariérní a vzděl.plány, vzdělávání, řešení nástupnictví v organizaci, ad. Svou komplexností bude příkladem dobré praxe personálního řízení pro další NNO. (Czech)
