Cílem projektu je zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí 20ti pracovníků z oboru gastronomie. Jedná se o kuchaře, šéfkuchaře, provozní vedoucí, vedoucí skladu, management a zaměstnance ekonomického úseku a nákupu.Program projektu jde ruku v ruce s vývojem trhu, požadavky zákazníků, technologickým pokrokem a narůstající konkurencí.Významně je v projektu zastoupeno školení měkkých dovedností a školení realizovaná interním lektorem doplněna o účetní a IT kurzy.
