Trh práce klade vysoké požadavky na kvalitu práce zaměstnanců. Vedoucí pracovníci musí disponovat takovými kvalifikacemi, aby byli schopni úspěšně vést firmu nebo jeji část. Projekt je zaměřen na školení 21 vedoucích pracovníků, kteří budou proškolení celkem v 10 kurzech.
