Společnost H.P.P. spol. s r.o. je významnou společností specializující se na prodej a distribuci náhradních dílů pro automobily Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi a Seat. Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvořit program vzdělanosti a prohloubit zaměstnancům firmy odbornou připravenost. Do projektu bude zapojeno 29 zaměstnanců společnosti. Firma sestavila vzdělávací plán pro manažerské i odborné pozice, který definuje kvalifikační předpoklady pro profesionální výkon na dané pozici. (Czech)

H.P.P. spol. s r.o. is an important company specialising in the sale and distribution of spare parts for Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi and Seat cars. The main aim of the project is to create a programme of education and to deepen the professional preparedness of the company’s employees. 29 employees of the company will be involved in the project. The company has developed an educational plan for managerial and professional positions, which defines qualifications for professional performance in a given position. (English)
