Předmětem projektu je výstavba přeložky silnice I/22 v kategorii MS2 9,5/50 v celkové délce hlavní trasy 1,540 km, kterou se zkompletuje tzv. Severní dopravní půloblouk města Strakonice. Realizací projektu dojde k odvedení tranzitní dopravy mimo zástavbu města a sníží se tak zátěž obyvatelstva hlukem a exhalacemi. Dojde rovněž ke zkrácení jízdní doby a zvýšení plynulosti dopravy na silnici I/22 a zvýšení bezpečnosti silničního provozu včetně bezpečnosti chodců. (Czech)

The object of the project is the construction of the relocation of road I/22 in category MS2 9.5/50 in the total length of the main route 1.540 km, which will be completed by the so-called Northern transport half arc of the town of Strakonice. The implementation of the project will lead to the transfer of transit traffic outside the city’s construction and thus reduce the burden of the population by noise and exhalations. It will also reduce travel time and increase traffic flow on road I/22 and increase road safety, including pedestrian safety. (English)
