Vzdělávací projekt řeší nevyhovující úroveňznalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a nesoulad mezi kvalifikačníúrovní zaměstnanců s potřebami zaměstnavatele. Absolvování kurzů jepředpokladem pro získání základních teoretických a praktických dovedností a dlenašeho názoru se jedná o zcela zásadní vzdělávací aktivity v našem oboru.
