Současné vybavení učebny fyziky, biologie, informatiky a laboratoře nevyhovuje a neumožňuje rozvoj studentů s vazbou na budoucí uplatnění na trhu práce. Součástí projektu Gymnázium Pacov budou nezbytné stavební úpravy (úprava podlahy a položení podlahové krytiny, elektroinstalace a oprava omítek) a pořízení vybavení učeben.
