Lázně Teplice nad Bečvou se potýkají s problematikou nedostatku kvalitních zaměstnanců/kyň, uvědomili jsme si, že tento problém souvisí s genderovou problematikou . Naše společnost se proto rozhodla pro celkovou reorganizace směrem ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí, rovných příležitostí, sladění pracovního a rodinného života.
