Implementaci zahraničního know-how doplní osvětová kampaň. (Czech)

The project aims to promote active involvement of men in childcare and their living space. The aim of the project is to contribute to reducing gender inequality in the area of childcare (and thus in the labour market). The project will transfer know-how from the Fatherhood Institute on the basis of which a training program for HR workers will be created and tested, which will lead to the development of a strategy to support active paternity among employees of the company. The implementation of foreign know-how will be complemented by the awareness campaign. (English)
