Projekt podporuje zvýšení zaměstnanosti u CS uchazečů a zájemců o zaměstnání OZP (tělesné, lehké mentální, smyslové, psychické postižení či znevýhod.) - pro 80 osob. Poskytuje jim motivační, diagnostické (bilanční diag.), vzdělávací (Aktivačně motivační moduly a RK) a poradenské služby k TP. Provázanost aktivit vede osoby z CS k znovu získání prac. uplatnění a udržení se na TP již během realizace projektu nebo následkem účasti v projektu. Aktivity projektu budou realizovány v Lounech a v Žatci. (Czech)

The project supports increased employment among CS applicants and those interested in employment of OZP (physical, mild mental, sensory, psychological disability or disadvantage) – for 80 people. It provides motivational, diagnostic (balance-based diagnosis), educational (Active motivation modules and RK) and advisory services to TP. The interconnection of activities leads people from CS to regain work and stay on TP already during the implementation of the project or as a result of participation in the project. The project activities will be realised in Louny and Žatec. (English)
