Projekt navazuje na specifický cíl 1.2.1, který bude naplněn skrze dostupné a kvalitní služby dětských skupin, což zvýší zaměstnanost rodičů s dětmi, především žen. V listopadu 2014 nabyl účinnosti zákon o dětské skupině (č. 247/2014 Sb.). Jelikož se jedná o nový typ služby jak pro poskytovatele, tak i pro rodiče, připravilo Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí projekt, který má za cíl podpořit poskytovatele dětských skupin, zvýšit povědomí o službě a nastavit systém kvality dětských skupin. Since it is a new type of service for both providers and parents, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs has prepared a project aimed at supporting providers of children’s groups, raising awareness of the service and setting up a system of quality for children’s groups.
