Projekt si klade za cíl komplexní podporu zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti lidí s duš.onemocněním na území Písecka,Strakonicka,Prachaticka,Vimperska a Sušicka za pomoci mezinárodně ověřené metody IPS. Jedná se o klienty naší organizace,kteří chtějí najít práci a získané místo si udržet. Jako podpora účastníkům proběhnou na počátku projektu vzdělávací aktivity a krátká rekvalifikace. Následně za pomoci Pracovního konzultanta a PEER konzultanta dojde k umisťování účastníků na podpořená prac.místa. (Czech)
