Jsme malá stavební firma v kraji zmítaném relativně vysokou nezaměstnaností, kde vítězství v boji o zakázky je rozhodující pro existenci firmy. Největší konkurenční výhodu pro tento boj vidíme jednoznačně ve vlastních zaměstnancích; tak, jako zvládají svou práci, tak mají poměrně velké rezervy v komunikaci se zákazníkem a ekonomickém uvažování.
