Projekt řeší problematiku péče o děti mladšího školního věku, aby bylo umožněno jejich rodičům lepší uplatnění na trhu práce a usnadnění slučitelnosti pracovního a soukromého života. Jako alternativa pro novobystřickou školní družinu, která má omezenou kapacitu a provozní dobu, v době letních prázdnin pak nefunguje vůbec, žadatel navrhuje dvě klíčové aktivity: 1) založení a provozování dětského klubu při rodinném centru v průběhu školního roku a 2) organizování příměstských táborů v létě.
