Cílem projektu je podpora UoZ- osoby pečující o dítě(děti) do 15 let věku(uvedeni v ust. § 33 zákona o zaměstnanosti).Tyto osoby musí být v evidenci ÚP ČR v kraji Vysočina.Cílem projektu je zvýšení zaměstnatelnosti CS klientů a jejich začlenění opět na trh práce a předejití dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti.Za pomoci všech aktivit projektu dojde ke snížení počtu nezaměstnaných UoZ v kraji Vysočina,protože část klientů si zvýší svoji původní kvalifikaci nebo ji změní dle požadavků trhu práce.
