V rámci projektu budou v Novém Městě na Moravě vybudovány mikrojesle pro děti od 0,5 roku do 4 let, a to s kapacitou vždy 4 děti. Provoz mikrojeslí usnadní cílové skupině (rodičům dětí mladších 15 let) opětovný návrat na pracovní trh po skončení mateřské/rodičovské dovolené, zejména pak ženám. V rámci projektu bude vzdělána a vyškolena pečovatelka s vhodným vzděláním pro kvalitní péči o předškolní děti - u péče o nejmenší je kvalita služeb jedním z nejdůležitějších prvků vývoje dítěte.
